Brand use and copyright notice

What is ours, what is yours to say already, and what needs permission first.

What is ours

The Dayvise name, the smiling-sun mark and the lockups, the artwork and illustrations around them, and the copy and structure of this website are reserved by Suyash Kelvin Savant. The Dayvise name and mark are unregistered marks, and this notice claims no registration — the name is never followed by a registration symbol anywhere on this site.

What you may do without asking

What applicable law already allows. Most relevantly: naming Dayvise in your own words and voice when you describe us honestly — a review, news coverage, an index, a comparison, a link from your page. Descriptive and editorial references don't need permission, and no part of this notice intends to take them away.

What needs written permission

  • Placing the mark, lockups or artwork on merchandise (shirts, desks, stickers, printed anything) or digital goods.
  • Modified versions — recolored, redrawn, re-styled or rebuilt copies of the mark.
  • Co-branded pieces, joint campaigns, splash screens or any product surface that features the brand.
  • A name or visual for your own product that a reader could confuse with the Dayvise brand.

Send a short description of the plan to the contact address below. Approval covers only what the permission states; it doesn't transfer rights.

What never works

Presenting Dayvise as endorsing, partnering with, or being affiliated to a product, service or opinion when there is no such arrangement — or presenting brand material in a way that makes it unclear whether it is Dayvise's own. If an honest reader would conclude that Dayvise approved of it, it needs approval.

About enforcement

This notice reserves rights; it does not claim that every unauthorized use can be found or prevented. Where a use is unauthorized, we may ask for it to come down, and we act on real cases brought to the contact address.
