What these terms cover

Reading this site, and joining or leaving the waitlist. Submitting the waitlist form means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

No guaranteed access or date

Dayvise isn't generally available yet — it is in development. Being on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, an invitation or a launch date. If early access opens, that will be described plainly on this site and in the messages you've consented to receive.

Using the site

Please:

• don't disrupt the site or keep it from working for other people;
• don't send spam — no fabricated entries, no mass or automated signups, and no submitting on someone else's behalf without their permission;
• don't impersonate people or organizations, or suggest an approval that doesn't exist;
• don't use the site to reach data, systems or accounts that the pages don't openly provide.

Entries that break these rules can be refused or removed. Signing up is otherwise normal: the waitlist keeps one record per address, and a genuine signup is never treated as abuse just because the address was already on the list.

Rights in the site and the brand

The copy, artwork and the Dayvise brand are reserved — see the brand use and copyright notice for what may be done with them. Reading these pages grants no other licence.

Availability

The site and the waitlist run as they are: they may change, pause or close at any time, and availability isn't guaranteed during the prelaunch. The aim, always, is to keep them online and useful.

Liability

To the fullest extent applicable law allows, the operator and anyone acting for the site aren't liable to you for indirect or consequential losses connected with this website or the waitlist. Nothing here limits any liability that applicable law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site grows, always here and always in plain language. When a change matters to someone on the waitlist, the next message they have consented to receive describes it too.
