How this website and its waitlist handle personal data, in plain language.

Who runs this

Dayvise is being built by Suyash Kelvin Savant. The public contact address — in the footer of every page and repeated below — is the one working line for every choice and question on this page.

What is collected, and why

Two everyday situations involve data on this site:

  • Visiting the site. Hosting the website requires recording the technical details it needs to serve and protect it — for example when a request happened and the rough location it came from. That is essential request data: the hosting service keeps it for security, no web analytics are added on top of it, and it is not used for advertising.
  • Joining the waitlist. A signup stores your email address, and your consent as you gave it: a timestamp plus the exact wording of the checkbox at the moment you ticked it. Your email is then used for exactly what the checkbox says — notes about Dayvise access and launch updates.

This is the whole list. There is no account to create, no profile behind you, and nothing to install.

Keeping the site and the list safe

The request data above is used as far as needed to operate and protect the site and the waitlist — for instance to recognize automated abuse of the signup form. Security measures may assess requests as part of that protection; that assessment is not used to profile visitors or members for advertising or marketing.

Who else touches it

Two kinds of providers process personal data on instructions from us, and only for the purposes on this page: the service hosting this website, and the service delivering the waitlist emails. Their infrastructure runs in countries that may not be yours, so your details can be processed internationally. This page stays at the level of categories — if the specifics matter to your rights, asking at the contact address is the way to find out.

How long things are kept

Your waitlist record stays while you're on the list, and comes down within 30 days once either happens:

  • you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it. The request may be verified first — answered from the address on the list — so nobody but you can remove your record;
  • the record goes 24 months with no interaction from you, and is cleaned up automatically.

The request data from hosting is kept as long as the hosting service needs it to run and protect the site, under its applicable service retention. Providers may additionally hold limited copies for their own security and backup purposes, as those services' retention allows.

Your choices

Write to the contact address below — also in every footer — to withdraw consent, request a copy of your waitlist record, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are read and answered from that address, and withdrawing consent also stops any scheduled Dayvise email to you.

And the simplest question gets the simplest answer: we do not sell your details. Not to data brokers, not for advertising, not now and not later.

Cookies and storage

This site adds no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it doesn't follow your browsing across other sites. Essential security features it relies on — abuse protection on the signup form, for example — may use the limited amount of storage they need to function.

Changes

If the way this site or this waitlist handles personal data changes, this page changes with it. When a change is material, the next message waitlist members consented to receive mentions it too.
